K&L Freight is showing support for young athletes in Cheshire by sponsoring the 2015 Cheshire Rugby Cup.
As avid rugby fans, company directors Chris Buckley and Martin Kidd are encouraging local participation in the sport by supporting the Under 11’s youth tournament at Winnington Park Rugby Football Club.
Director Chris Buckley will be presenting the cup to the winning team at the event on 26 April.
He said: “We’re inspired by the passion and level of commitment these young rugby players demonstrate at every match. By supporting local athletes in Cheshire, K&L Freight is bringing local people together and helping to give something back to the community”.
The event will feature a variety of food from local vendors and family-friendly entertainment. Attendees will also have the chance to meet professional rugby players from the Sale Sharks.
